I'm a movement enthusiast and yoga teacher with a passion for being upside down, and my mission is to inspire others through yoga. I’ve built an online community of dedicated humans, affectionately known as "Beans."
For me, movement is more than just a practice—it’s a creative outlet and an essential part of my happy, healthy life.
My intention is to bring a fresh and empowering approach to yoga and movement, encouraging students of all levels to explore their limits and embrace the joy of moving their body. Whether you're balancing on your forearms or simply exploring new ways to flow, my classes offer fun and supportive ways to connect with your body and tap into your inner playfulness.
